The service
Bid-Ness Social is a subscription platform for planning, generating, approving, scheduling, publishing, and measuring social media content. Some platform integrations depend on third-party approval processes and are labelled as such inside the product.
Your account and content
You own the content you create and the media you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and publish that content where you direct. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the accounts you connect.
AI-generated content
AI drafts are suggestions. You review and approve before anything publishes. You are responsible for the content your brands publish, including AI-assisted content you approved.
Acceptable use
No spam, no deceptive content, no violating the terms of the platforms you publish to, and nothing unlawful. We can suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Billing
Plans are billed per brand, monthly, and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Launch pricing may change with notice before renewal.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is during prelaunch and early access. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months. Final wording pending counsel review.
