Features
Everything between the idea and the receipt
Eight pieces, one loop. Each one exists because an agency somewhere is doing it by hand right now.
Content Studio
Three drafts, never a blank page
Describe the post or pick it off the campaign plan. The Studio writes three variations in the brand's voice, side by side, and you keep the parts you like. Regenerate one section without losing the rest.
Every draft comes with hooks, captions, hashtags within platform caps, a call to action, and alt text. Advanced controls stay collapsed until you want them.
- Three variations per generation, compared side by side
- Regenerate a single section, keep the rest
- Campaign generators: week, month, product, event, launch, promo, seasonal, evergreen
- Repurpose from a URL or document
Brand Brain
The AI that actually knows the client
Each brand gets a structured memory: identity, voice, products, terminology to use, words that are banned, and claims that are restricted. Onboarding prefills it by reading the client's website. You confirm before anything is saved.
Generation retrieves from the Brand Brain every time. That is why draft number two hundred still sounds like the client and not like a template.
- AI prefill from the client website, human-confirmed
- Use and banned terminology lists enforced at write time
- Restricted claims flagged before a human ever sees the draft
- A completion meter shows what the Brain still needs
Calendar
The week is the hero
Month, week, agenda, and list views with the same six status words everywhere. Drag a post to move it, or use Move to date from the menu if you prefer keys to mice. Conflicts and repetitive openings get caught before they ship.
- Drag and drop plus a keyboard-friendly Move to date menu
- Conflict and repetition warnings
- Bulk reschedule when the plan changes
- Campaign events and notes on the calendar itself
Approvals
Client sign-off without client logins
Send a magic link. The client gets a swipe queue: approve or ask a change, one tap each. No password, no training call, no forwarded screenshots.
Internally, approval workflows are configurable per brand. Approved versions lock, and a material edit sends the post back for reapproval instead of quietly shipping something the client never saw.
- Magic-link client portal, no login required
- Approve or Ask a change, recorded with name and time
- Locked approved versions, reapproval on material edits
- Comments and mentions for the internal back-and-forth
Media Studio
One image, every format
Upload once and the pipeline crops, resizes, and pads for each platform without ever stretching. Safe-area overlays show what survives on a story versus a feed. AI-generated derivatives carry a visible mark, so nobody mistakes them for photography.
- Non-destructive pipeline: original preserved, derivatives tracked
- Platform format matrix: square, portrait, landscape, story, covers, pins
- Text and logo overlays in brand colours
- AI derivatives visibly marked
Integrations
Honesty is the feature
Most tools show a green dot and hope. Ours shows the account, the granted scopes, token health, and the last successful sync, because a connection that silently died is worse than no connection at all.
Platform availability is stated plainly: Bluesky publishes live today, and every approval-gated platform is labelled that way until its review clears. When a platform cannot be published to yet, you still get the full workflow and a manual posting kit with finished content and instructions.
- Account, scopes, token health, last sync on every connection
- Expiring-token alerts before publishing breaks
- Approval-gated platforms labelled, never faked
- Manual posting kit as the universal fallback
Analytics
Numbers with labels, not vibes
Every figure says what it is: a platform metric pulled from the source, an estimate we computed, or an AI interpretation. The three never blend. Filter by date, brand, platform, or campaign, and export the CSV when the client asks.
- Platform metric vs estimated vs AI interpretation, always labelled
- Engagement rate and best-times analysis
- Date, brand, platform, and campaign filters
- CSV export
Team and permissions
The right hands on the right brands
Owner, Admin, Editor, Approver, and Viewer roles, plus a per-brand grid so a contractor sees one client and nothing else. Every significant action lands in the audit log with who, what, and when.
- Five roles plus per-brand access control
- Invitations with role assignment
- Full audit trail on significant actions
- Session and device management
