What counts as a brand?
One client identity: its Brand Brain, connected social accounts, calendar, and content. Run three clients, pay for three brands. Your own agency brand counts as one too.
Which platforms publish directly, and which need approval first?
Bluesky publishes live today. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Business Profile each require that platform's own app review before automated publishing switches on. The adapter code is finished and waiting on those reviews. X requires a paid API tier. Until a platform is approved, you still get the full workflow plus a manual posting kit: finished content, sized media, and step-by-step instructions.
What happens when a connected account's token expires?
You get warned before it happens. The integrations screen shows token health for every account, we alert you when one is close to expiring, and scheduled posts hold as failed with a Retry Publishing action instead of silently vanishing. Reconnect and retry. Nothing publishes twice.
Is pricing per seat?
No. You pay per brand. Business plans include 5 users and Agency plans include unlimited users, so adding a teammate never changes your bill.
What does the free trial include?
The full product for 14 days with one brand. No credit card to start. When the trial ends you pick a plan or your data waits for you, read-only.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel from Settings, keep access until the end of the paid period, and export your content and media before you go.
